The King’s Chambermaid is a five-episode fantasy drama on Candy Shorts, and the question it asks is simple: what happens when the person who dresses the king every morning wants more than a paycheck? The king is stuck in a cold, political marriage. The servant from the kitchens sees an opening. And the Queen, as the setup warns you, hears everything that happens inside those walls. You can try The King’s Chambermaid free for two episodes before a single token is spent.
The King’s Chambermaid episodes: what they cost
Here is the money part first, since it is small. The series has 5 episodes. Episode 1 plays without an account, and episode 2 needs a free Candy account with no payment. Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are 12 tokens each, so the whole story is 36 tokens. Candy prices 200 tokens at $20, which puts a full watch at about $3.60.
No season pass exists, so each episode unlocks separately. If you already pay for Candy AI, your plan’s 100 monthly tokens covers this series with room to spare.
Palace intrigue first, heat second
Candy tags it Maid and Fantasy, but the engine here is risk. Every glance in a corridor could be seen, and every private morning could be reported. The episodes run about 1 to 2 minutes, in vertical format, and each one ends on a hook that makes the next unlock easy to justify. If you like costume-drama scheming more than modern settings, this is the one to try first.
Watch The King’s Chambermaid on CandyWho it suits
This is the pick if you prefer slow-burn power games over modern settings. The vertical format plays well on a phone, and each episode is short enough to watch on a break. It also stands on its own, so you do not need to know any other Candy Shorts series first. Total running time is roughly 5 to 10 minutes.
How explicit is it?
The free episodes stay suggestive, with plenty of tension and no payoff. The explicit scenes show up in the paid episodes, usually from episode 3. Our explainer on whether Candy Shorts is porn covers the line in more detail. Everyone on screen is an adult.
